Mr Dhobi - Laundry Service Platform
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Mr Dhobi, a laundry and dry cleaning service platform operated by Tattvan Enterprice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "You," or "Customer") and Tattvan Enterprice ("We," "Us," "Our," or "Company") governing your use of the Mr Dhobi mobile application (the "App" or "Platform") and the services provided through it.
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Mr Dhobi App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and our services.
1.2 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App and our services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or other users.
1.4 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bharuch, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
1.5 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Service(s)" means the laundry and dry cleaning services facilitated through the Mr Dhobi platform, including but not limited to wash & fold, wash & iron, dry cleaning, steam ironing, and other related services.
- "Platform" or "App" means the Mr Dhobi mobile application available on Android devices, including all features, content, and functionality.
- "User," "You," or "Customer" means any person who accesses or uses the Mr Dhobi App or services.
- "We," "Us," "Our," or "Company" means Tattvan Enterprice, the legal entity operating Mr Dhobi.
- "Service Provider(s)" means independent third-party laundry businesses and vendors who fulfill orders through our platform, as well as our own in-house service operations.
- "Order" means a service request placed by a User through the App for laundry or dry cleaning services.
- "Pickup" means the collection of laundry items from the customer's specified address.
- "Delivery" means the return of processed laundry items to the customer's specified address.
3. Service Description
3.1 Business Model
Mr Dhobi operates as both a marketplace platform and a direct service provider. We connect customers with laundry service providers while also fulfilling most orders through our own in-house operations. Additionally, we work with independent third-party service providers and vendors for certain orders.
Important: While we facilitate ordering, payment processing, and service coordination, actual laundry services may be performed by:
- Our own in-house laundry operations (primary service fulfillment)
- Independent third-party service providers and vendors (supplementary fulfillment)
We act as both the primary service provider and an intermediary connecting customers with additional service partners.
3.2 Services Offered
Current services include, but are not limited to:
- Wash & Fold
- Wash & Iron
- Dry Cleaning
- Steam Ironing
- Industrial Laundry Services

Note: Our service offerings are subject to change and expansion. Not all services may be available in all areas or at all times.
3.3 Service Availability
- Services are currently available in Bharuch, Gujarat and surrounding areas
- Service availability is subject to operational capacity and service provider coverage
- We reserve the right to expand or limit service areas at any time without prior notice
- Specific services may have geographic or operational limitations
3.4 Service Quality Standards
We strive to provide high-quality laundry services. However, results may vary based on:
- Fabric type and condition
- Nature of stains or damage
- Care label instructions
- Age and prior treatment of items
We make reasonable efforts to follow standard industry practices and care label instructions when available.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account by providing:
- Accurate and complete personal information
- Valid phone number (required for OTP verification)
- Email address (optional but recommended)
- Delivery address(es)
- Any other information reasonably requested
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
4.2 Account Requirements
- Each person may maintain only one account
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account
- Phone number verification via OTP (One-Time Password) through Message Central is required
- You may not use another person's account without permission
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and phone number
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring your registered phone number is secure (used for OTP authentication)
Important: Do not share your OTP codes with anyone. We will never ask for your OTP except during the login process within the App.
4.4 Account Termination
By You:
- You may close your account at any time through: App Settings > Account > Close Account OR by contacting support at mrdhobidevs@gmail.com
- You will remain responsible for any outstanding payments or pending orders
By Us:
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account immediately, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
- Providing false or misleading information
- Abusive behavior toward service providers or support staff
- Non-payment or repeated payment failures
- Suspicious or illegal activity
- Any conduct that harms or may harm our business, users, or service providers
Effect of Termination:
- Your access to the App and services will be revoked
- We will retain order history and transaction records as required by law (up to 7 years)
- No refunds for services already rendered
- Outstanding payments remain due
5. Ordering Process
5.1 Order Placement
To place an order:
- Select Services: Choose the type of service you require (wash & fold, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Provide Details: Enter pickup address, preferred time slot, and any special instructions
- Review Summary: Review order details and estimated pricing
- Confirm Order: Submit your order request
5.2 Order Acceptance
Important: Your order request is subject to acceptance by us or an assigned service provider. We reserve the right to reject orders for any of the following reasons:
- Items are unsuitable, prohibited, or hazardous
- Service is unavailable in your area
- Suspicious, fraudulent, or unusual order patterns
- Pricing errors or technical glitches in the system
- Insufficient service provider availability
- Previous payment issues or account violations
Order acceptance will be confirmed via in-app notification and/or SMS.
5.3 Service Provider Assignment
- We will assign a service provider based on location, availability, and operational capacity
- For most orders, we fulfill services through our own in-house operations
- Some orders may be assigned to partner vendors or third-party service providers
- Service provider details will be shared after order acceptance
- The assigned provider will contact you to confirm pickup details
5.4 Pickup Process
Customer Responsibilities:
- Be available at the scheduled pickup time (or ensure someone is available on your behalf)
- Have items ready for pickup
- Provide accurate pickup instructions and address details
- Inspect items before handing them over (we recommend counting items)
- Remove all personal belongings from pockets, bags, etc.
- Inform us of any special handling requirements
Important: We are not responsible for items left in pockets or for damage to items with pre-existing issues that were not disclosed at pickup.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Arrive within the scheduled time window
- Contact you if delayed or unable to reach your location
- Collect items and verify count with you
- Provide a receipt or confirmation of pickup
6. Prohibited Items
For safety, legal, and operational reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited and will NOT be accepted for service:
6.1 Hazardous & Illegal Items
- Items contaminated with hazardous materials (chemicals, oil, paint, flammable substances)
- Items with blood, bodily fluids, or biohazards
- Illegal substances or items used in illegal activities
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
6.2 Items of Exceptional Value
- Designer or luxury items worth more than ₹10,000 per item (unless pre-approved)
- Antique or heirloom items with significant sentimental or monetary value
- Items with precious stones, diamonds, or expensive jewelry attached
6.3 Items Requiring Specialized Care
- Wedding dresses or bridal wear (unless confirmed in advance)
- Fur, leather, or suede items (unless we offer specialized services)
- Items labeled "Do Not Wash" or "Dry Clean Only" without explicit confirmation
- Items requiring restoration or extensive repair
6.4 Other Prohibited Items
- Items infested with pests (bed bugs, lice, etc.)
- Soiled diapers or heavily soiled items
- Pet bedding or items with excessive pet hair (unless pre-approved)
- Rugs, carpets, or mattresses (unless specified in our service offerings)
Consequences of Submitting Prohibited Items:
- Order may be rejected
- Items may be returned to you unprocessed
- Pickup charges may apply
- Account may be restricted or suspended
- We are not liable for any damage to prohibited items
7. Pricing & Payment
7.1 Pricing Structure
Pricing for services is based on:
- Service Type: Wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing, etc.
- Item Count or Weight: Charged per item or per kg (as applicable)
- Special Services: Express delivery, stain removal, special handling
- Location: Delivery distance may affect pricing
Pricing Display:
- Estimated pricing will be shown in the App before order confirmation
- Final pricing will be determined after item inspection and counting
- You will be notified of any price adjustments before processing begins
7.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- Debit Cards
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
Payment Security: All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We do NOT store your card details or banking information on our servers.
7.3 Payment Timing
Pre-Payment (Advance Payment):
- Payment may be required at the time of order placement (before pickup)
- OR after items are inspected and counted, before processing begins
Post-Payment (After Delivery):
- In some cases, payment may be collected after delivery
- This option is subject to availability and our discretion
The payment timing will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
7.4 Price Changes & Adjustments
We reserve the right to:
- Update pricing at any time without prior notice
- Adjust prices for promotional offers or discounts
- Modify prices based on item inspection (additional items, special handling)
You will be notified of significant price changes before processing begins, and you may choose to cancel if you do not accept the adjusted price (subject to cancellation policy).
7.5 Taxes & Fees
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise
- Additional fees may apply for express delivery, special services, or remote locations
- Detailed pricing breakdown will be provided in your order confirmation and invoice
7.6 Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined:
- You will be notified immediately
- Order may be placed on hold until payment is successful
- You may be asked to provide an alternative payment method
- Repeated payment failures may result in order cancellation or account restrictions
8. Service Delivery & Timelines
8.1 Estimated Processing Time
Typical service timelines:
- Standard Wash & Fold: 24-48 hours
- Wash & Iron: 48-72 hours
- Dry Cleaning: 48-72 hours
- Express Service: 12-24 hours (additional charges apply)
Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on order volume, item type, weather conditions, and operational capacity.
8.2 Delivery Process
Notification:
- You will receive notification when items are ready for delivery
- You can schedule a delivery time or use the default delivery slot
Customer Responsibilities:
- Be available at the scheduled delivery time
- Inspect items upon delivery
- Report any issues immediately at the time of delivery (if possible)
- Sign or acknowledge receipt of items
8.3 Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions (heavy rain, floods)
- Traffic or logistical challenges
- Unforeseen operational issues
- Customer unavailability for delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays. However, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from delivery delays.
8.4 Failed Delivery Attempts
If we cannot deliver items due to customer unavailability:
- First Attempt: Free rescheduling to next available slot
- Second Attempt: Rescheduling fee may apply
- Third Attempt or Beyond: Items may be held at our facility; storage fees may apply after a certain period
You are responsible for ensuring availability for delivery as scheduled.
9. Quality Assurance & Customer Responsibilities
9.1 Item Inspection at Pickup
Customer's Responsibility:
- Inspect items for pre-existing damage, stains, or defects before handing them over
- Inform service provider of any special handling requirements or known issues
- Count items and verify with service provider
- Remove all personal belongings from pockets
Important: We are NOT responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects that were not disclosed at the time of pickup. Failure to report issues at pickup may limit your ability to claim compensation later.
9.2 Item Inspection at Delivery
Customer's Responsibility:
- Inspect items immediately upon delivery
- Check for missing items, damage, or quality concerns
- Report any issues to the delivery person before they leave (if possible)
- If issues are discovered later, report within 24 hours of delivery
Critical: Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may NOT be eligible for refunds or compensation. You must inspect items promptly and notify us of any issues within the specified timeframe.
9.3 Care Label Instructions
- We follow manufacturer care label instructions whenever available and legible
- If care labels are missing, illegible, or contradictory, we use industry-standard practices
- We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect, missing, or faded care labels
9.4 Stain Removal
- We make reasonable efforts to remove stains using appropriate methods
- Some stains may be permanent or difficult to remove (ink, dye, blood, oil, rust, etc.)
- We cannot guarantee complete stain removal
- Aggressive stain treatment may damage delicate fabrics
Recommendation: Inform us of any specific stains and their nature at the time of pickup for best results.
10. Loss, Damage, and Liability
10.1 Our Commitment to Care
We take utmost care in handling your items. However, despite our best efforts, loss or damage may occasionally occur due to:
- Fabric defects or weaknesses
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed at pickup
- Normal wear and tear
- Unavoidable accidents during processing
10.2 Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for compensation, you must:
- Report Loss or Damage: Within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide Evidence: Photos of damaged items, order receipt, and detailed description
- Contact Method: Via email (mrdhobidevs@gmail.com) or through the App
- Item Retention: Keep the damaged item until claim is resolved (do not discard)
Critical: Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will NOT be entertained. This is a strict policy to ensure prompt investigation and resolution.
10.3 Maximum Liability & Compensation Limits
Our Maximum Liability:
In the event of proven loss or damage caused by our negligence, our maximum liability is limited to the lesser of:
- 10 times the service charge for the lost or damaged item, OR
- ₹1,500 per item, OR
- ₹5,000 per order (maximum aggregate)
Example:
- If you paid ₹50 for washing a shirt, and the shirt is lost, the maximum compensation would be ₹500 (10x service charge) or ₹1,500 per item, whichever is lower.
- If you paid ₹200 for dry cleaning a dress, and the dress is lost, the maximum compensation would be ₹2,000 (10x service charge) or ₹1,500 per item, whichever is lower. In this case, the compensation is capped at ₹1,500 per item.
Important: We strongly recommend NOT sending items of exceptional value (designer wear, heirlooms, expensive jewelry-attached items) through our service. Our liability is strictly capped as described above.
10.4 Items Not Eligible for Compensation
We are NOT liable for:
- Items with pre-existing damage not reported at pickup
- Damage due to fabric defects, weaknesses, or manufacturing flaws
- Normal wear and tear or color fading
- Items that exceeded our liability limits in value
- Prohibited items (as defined in Section 6)
- Damage resulting from incorrect or missing care labels
- Items left in pockets (money, keys, jewelry, electronics, etc.)
- Sentimental value (only monetary compensation based on limits above)
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
10.5 Claims Investigation Process
- Report Received: You submit a claim with evidence
- Acknowledgment: We acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
- Investigation: We investigate the claim (3-5 business days)
- Decision: We notify you of the outcome (approved, partial approval, or denied)
- Compensation: If approved, refund/compensation processed within 5-7 business days
We reserve the right to:
- Inspect the damaged item in person
- Request additional evidence or information
- Deny claims that do not meet eligibility criteria
- Offer partial compensation based on extent of damage
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Ownership of Content
All content, features, and functionality of the Mr Dhobi App, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, and icons
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Design, layout, and user interface
- Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
are owned by Tattvan Enterprice or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Trademarks
"Mr Dhobi" and associated logos are trademarks of Tattvan Enterprice. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
11.3 User License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Use our services in accordance with these Terms
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Frame or mirror any content from the App
11.4 User-Generated Content
If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other content through the App:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and modify your content for business purposes (marketing, testimonials, service improvement)
- You represent that you have the right to submit such content
- You agree not to submit offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
12. Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Mr Dhobi App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Data We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Personal information (name, phone number, email, address)
- Order and transaction data
- Payment information (processed securely through Razorpay)
- Device and usage data
- Communication history with customer support
12.3 Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of sensitive information
- Secure payment processing through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12.4 Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for:
- Payment Processing: Razorpay
- SMS/OTP: Message Central
- Cloud Storage: Firebase (Google)
- Analytics: App performance monitoring
These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
12.5 Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and view your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt-out of marketing communications
- Lodge a complaint with data protection authorities

13. Disclaimers & Warranties
13.1 "As Is" Service
The Mr Dhobi App and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
13.2 No Warranty of Service Quality
We do NOT warrant or guarantee that:
- Services will meet your expectations or specific requirements
- Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results from using our services will be accurate or reliable
- All stains will be removed or items will look "like new"
- Items will not be damaged during processing (despite our best efforts)
13.3 No Warranty for App Functionality
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be free from bugs, errors, or viruses
- The App will be compatible with all devices
- The App will always be available or accessible
- Data transmission will be secure or uninterrupted
13.4 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for:
- Actions, errors, or omissions of independent service providers or vendors
- Third-party payment gateway issues (Razorpay)
- Internet service provider failures
- Issues with third-party apps or websites
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If applicable law does not allow all or part of these disclaimers to apply to you, the disclaimers will apply to you only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Maximum Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Tattvan Enterprice, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Sentimental or emotional damages
- Cost of substitute goods or services
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.2 Cap on Liability
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the App or services shall NOT exceed the lesser of:
- The amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, OR
- ₹5,000 (Five Thousand Rupees)
14.3 Exceptions
The above limitations do NOT apply to:
- Death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us
- Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
14.4 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- Government actions, lockdowns, or restrictions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Labor strikes or disputes
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Power outages or infrastructure failures
Important: By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these liability limitations. If you do not agree, you should not use the Mr Dhobi App or services.
15. Indemnification
15.1 Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tattvan Enterprice, its directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, and affiliates from and against any and all:
- Claims, demands, lawsuits, or legal proceedings
- Losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
Arising from or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your use or misuse of the App or services
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- False or misleading information you provide
- Prohibited items submitted by you
- Your negligence or intentional misconduct
15.2 Our Right to Defend
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate fully with our defense of such claims.
16. Termination & Suspension
16.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the "Delete Account" option in App Settings
- Contacting us at: mrdhobidevs@gmail.com
Upon termination:
- You will lose access to the App and all services
- Pending orders will be completed and delivered
- Outstanding payments remain due
- Your data will be deleted subject to legal retention requirements
16.2 Termination or Suspension by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, with or without notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
- Abusive behavior toward our staff or service providers
- Non-payment or repeated payment failures
- Providing false information
- Illegal activity or violation of laws
- Any conduct harmful to our business or other users
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination or suspension:
- All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease
- You must stop using the App and services
- Outstanding obligations (payments, pending orders) remain in effect
- We may retain data as required by law
- Provisions that by their nature should survive (liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution) will continue to apply
17.1 Promotional Offers
We may offer discounts, coupons, or promotional codes from time to time. Terms and conditions of specific promotions will be provided separately.
General Promotion Rules:
- Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time
- Promotional codes have expiration dates and usage limits
- One promotional code per order (unless specified otherwise)
- Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value
- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed using invalid or fraudulently obtained codes
17.2 Referral Programs
If we offer a referral program:
- You may refer friends using your unique referral code
- Rewards are subject to terms and conditions of the program
- Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension
17.3 Loyalty Programs
We may introduce loyalty or rewards programs in the future. Details will be provided separately. Terms and conditions will apply.
18. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
18.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at mrdhobidevs@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We commit to responding within 7 business days and working in good faith to resolve your concerns.
18.2 Arbitration Agreement
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
Arbitration Terms:
- Governing Law: Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
- Location: Bharuch, Gujarat, India
- Language: English or Hindi
- Number of Arbitrators: 1 (sole arbitrator)
- Costs: Each party bears their own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise
18.3 Exceptions to Arbitration
The following disputes are NOT subject to arbitration and may be brought in court:
- Claims related to intellectual property infringement
- Claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief
- Small claims court matters (within the court's jurisdiction limits)
18.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
18.5 Consumer Court Rights

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
19.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of the Mr Dhobi App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 18, the courts of Bharuch, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
19.3 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the App and services.
20. Changes to Terms of Service
20.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Changes in applicable laws or regulations
- Introduction of new features or services
- Changes in business operations or policies
- Addressing feedback, security, or operational concerns
20.2 Notification of Changes
When we make changes to these Terms, we will notify you through:
- In-App Notification: Prominent notice displayed when you open the App
- Push Notification: Alert sent to your device (for significant changes)
- Email Notification: Message sent to your registered email address (for material changes affecting your rights)
- Updated "Last Modified" Date: The date at the top of this document will be updated
20.3 Effective Date of Changes
- Minor Changes: Effective immediately upon posting in the App
- Material Changes: Effective 7 days after notification, or as specified in the notice
Material changes include modifications to: payment terms, liability limits, dispute resolution, user rights, or cancellation policies
20.4 Acceptance of Changes
By continuing to use the App or services after changes are posted or notified, you accept and agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms:
- You must immediately discontinue use of the App and services
- You may close your account as described in Section 4.4
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

It is your responsibility to:

We recommend reviewing these Terms every 3-6 months or before placing a new order.
21. General Provisions
21.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:
- That provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable
- If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms
- The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
- The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions
21.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tattvan Enterprice regarding:
- Your use of the Mr Dhobi App
- The services provided through the Platform
- All related matters
These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous:
- Agreements, understandings, or representations (written or oral)
- Proposals or communications regarding the subject matter
21.3 No Waiver
Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms, or exercising any right or remedy, shall NOT constitute a waiver of:
- That provision, right, or remedy
- Any other provisions, rights, or remedies
- Future enforcement of the same provision
Any waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Tattvan Enterprice.
A single or partial exercise of any right or remedy does not preclude further exercise or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
21.4 Assignment
By You:
- You may NOT assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your account to any other person or entity without our prior written consent
- Any attempted assignment without consent is void
By Us:
We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights/obligations to:
- Any successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- Any affiliated company or subsidiary
- Any other party for legitimate business reasons
We will notify you of any material assignment
21.5 Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties (you and Tattvan Enterprice). However:
- Service providers and delivery partners may benefit from certain liability protections and indemnification provisions
- No other third parties have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms
21.6 Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated into other languages:
- The English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or inconsistency
- Translations are provided for convenience only
- Legal interpretation shall be based on the English version
21.7 Headings & Formatting
- Section headings and titles are for convenience and reference only
- Headings do not affect the interpretation or meaning of the provisions
- Use of bold, capitalization, or other formatting is for emphasis and clarity
21.8 No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- An agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship
- Any fiduciary duty between you and us
- Any authority for you to bind us or make commitments on our behalf
You and Tattvan Enterprice are independent parties.
