1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mr Dhobi, a laundry and dry cleaning service platform operated by Tattvan Enterprice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "You," or "Customer") and Tattvan Enterprice ("We," "Us," "Our," or "Company") governing your use of the Mr Dhobi mobile application (the "App" or "Platform") and the services provided through it.

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Mr Dhobi App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or other users.

We connect customers with laundry service providers while also fulfilling most orders through our own in-house operations. Critical: Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may NOT be eligible for refunds or compensation. You must inspect items promptly and notify us of any issues within the specified timeframe.
